MAD, MAD, MAD! That just about sums this COTW up! …but more on that in a moment. Firstly, we hope you all enjoyed the festive period and had as much fun as we did! It’s late Sunday night so I need to keep this very brief. Luckily, London’s Slugabed should need no introduction – he’s been turning out his unique glitchy gutter beats for a while now and has gathered quite a following. We just wanted to let you know (if you didn’t already!) that he will be giving away a free unreleased tune every Monday from now up until xmas.
I don’t know what it is about this week but it seems to be overflowing with great new tunes – maybe the clocks going back has meant we’ve spent more time indoors listening to music, or maybe it’s meant producers have spent more time indoors finishing and sharing tracks?! Whatever the reason, choosing Monday’s Catch Of the Week was the toughest yet.
